Your Doctor
Dr. Nicholas Romans
Founder of Romans Orthodontics
Dr. Nicholas Romans is a board-certified orthodontist dedicated to creating healthy, confident smiles through precision, compassion, and evidence-based care. He combines advanced specialty training with modern digital technology to deliver accurate diagnoses, efficient treatment planning, and a comfortable patient experience.
Dr. Romans earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Kansas before completing his Doctor of Dental Medicine and Certificate of Public Health at A.T. Still University. He completed his orthodontic specialty training and Master of Science in Dentistry at Saint Louis University, where his research focused on Invisalign treatment outcomes.
During residency, Dr. Romans also completed a fellowship with Washington University’s Craniofacial Cleft Lip and Palate Team at St. Louis Children’s Hospital, contributing to multidisciplinary care for children with complex craniofacial conditions.
Beyond the Office
Giving Back to the Community
Service has always been an important part of Dr. Romans’ professional journey. He has volunteered with organizations such as Give Kids A Smile, Missions of Mercy, and Dentures for Veterans, providing care to underserved populations.
He continues this commitment through volunteer efforts with the Arizona Humane Society, supporting local animal initiatives and giving back to the community he is proud to serve.
