Checks are short and they are with Dr. Romans, not with whoever is free that day. Suite D120 is at street level on W. Anthem Way with reserved parking outside, so a ten minute tray check takes about ten minutes door to door. Major PPO plans are verified while you sit there rather than mailed to you afterward, and questions get answered in plain language.

How much does Invisalign cost in Anthem?
It depends on the case, so the honest answer is that you get an exact figure at the consultation and the consultation is free. Cost tracks how far the teeth have to move and how long treatment runs. Major PPO plans are checked while you sit there, and remaining balances can be financed in house.
Are clear aligners as effective as braces?
For many bites, yes. Aligners move teeth predictably when they are worn as prescribed and the sequence is planned properly. Some corrections, particularly large rotations and bite changes, are still handled better by brackets. Dr. Romans will tell you at the consultation which one your bite actually calls for.
How long does clear aligner treatment take?
Most cases run somewhere between several months and a couple of years, and your own range is set once the plan is built. Simple crowding finishes faster than a bite correction. Because the full tray sequence is mapped before you start, you get a realistic finish window rather than a rolling estimate.
How many hours a day do I have to wear them?
Around twenty two hours a day, which means you take them out to eat and to brush and put them straight back in. Wear time is the single biggest reason aligner cases finish on schedule or drift. If that sounds unrealistic for your week, say so at the consultation.
Can my teenager use clear aligners?
Often, yes. The deciding factor is usually wear time rather than age, so the consultation covers what compliance looks like at home before anyone commits. Growing mouths also need the plan checked against teeth that are still arriving. If brackets suit the case better, we will say that.
Does insurance cover clear aligners?
Many major PPO plans include an orthodontic benefit, and aligners are usually treated the same as braces under it. Your plan is verified during the visit rather than mailed to you as an estimate later. FSA and HSA funds apply, and anything left over can be financed in house.
